That background includes running a DRE-regulated escrow company and a white-label natural hazard disclosure business, along with service as a local Realtor association director and secretary and recognition with its Pinnacle Award. That experience informs how we organize work, identify issues, and support agents throughout a transaction. Automation handles repetitive tasks. PAY-PER TRANSACTION - 1 SIDE

per transaction*
No upfront fees
Fees are waived for canceled transactions.
Pay per transaction
Payment for pay-per-transaction services is due and payable at the time of closing. A copy of the invoice will be sent to the escrow company handling the closing, and payment will be deducted from the Broker's total commission. The escrow company will then wire or send a check to Real Estate Transaction Group after closing is completed.
